Tablescape Thursday: Cherries and Polka Dots

Its Tablescape Thursday, graciously hosted by Susan from Between Naps on the Porch.

This week I wanted to go with something cheery and fun... but practical for casual outdoor dining. Of course I had to incorporate some red, polka dots and cherries!

I started with a white vinyl table cloth with a pretty lace print. Very practical for outdoors.

I used black chargers under cherry and polka dot plates.

Of course I had to throw some gingham in somewhere. ;) I used red and white gingham napkins tied with a small, simple black bow. I also used small mason jars with gingham bows.

I used a black glass canister with cherries all over to hold some fresh, frilly white flowers.

Take a look at these fabulous candles... white with ginormous red polka dots.

And I brought out this white pitcher with red polka dots for easy refills without having to go back into the kitchen.
I LOVE these seat cushions from Home Goods...

A couple more peeks around the table...

Hope y'all enjoyed a little polka dots and cherries! On a side note, are we all excited for American Idol tonight?? ;) I like both Adam and Kris...but I have to root for Kris since hubby is from Arkansas. ;)
